Every member, the right job on the right day

AsaaseYaa gives each of your members a daily plan for their own crop, soil and town, in Twi or English, free. We help you get everyone set up.

What farmers get

Planting, feeding, weeding and pest checks for each member’s crop, with the amounts worked out for their farm size.

Every job is a picture and a few words, in Twi or English. Members who do not read well can still follow it, and it can read the steps aloud.

The plan and the steps work offline. Ticks are sent when the phone is back online.

Weekly market prices and the government minimum price, and a market where members list their harvest for buyers nearby. No fees.

Members post questions and photos in Farmers, and agronomists answer there too.

1. Talk to usTell us your group, your crops and how many members. We agree a start date with you.
2. Set-up dayWe come to a meeting and set up members on their own phones, in Twi, about two minutes each. Members without a smartphone can follow a family member’s.
3. A WhatsApp line for the seasonYour group gets a direct WhatsApp line to our team for questions during the season.
4. Look back after harvestWe sit with you after harvest: what worked, what did not, and what to change next season.

What does it cost?

The app is free for farmers. Anything more, such as printed materials or extra training days, we agree with you before we start.

Do members need a smartphone?

An Android phone. Members without one can use a family member’s; each farm is its own plan.

Who sees our members’ data?

Each farmer’s farm is theirs. We do not sell data. Any numbers we share with you are totals for the group, never one farmer.
