Help Ghana’s farmers grow more and earn more

AsaaseYaa tells smallholder farmers what to do on their farm each day, and helps them sell at a fair price. We work with organisations that want the same.

Talk to us

Government and extension

MoFA district offices, Feed Ghana cooperatives, NAFCO, research institutes.

Daily advice that reaches farmers between extension visits, in Twi and English. A simple way to reach cooperative members, and anonymous totals on what farmers grow and when.

Buyers and processors

Aggregators, feed mills, rice millers, gari processors, food companies.

Farmers you can find by crop, place and harvest date, whose produce follows the same drying, sorting and storage steps. We ask buyers to pay at least the government minimum price.

Seed, fertiliser and agro-dealers

Input companies and the agro-shops farmers buy from.

Your products named in the right job, at the right stage, with the right amount, so they are used well. Agro-shops shown to farmers nearby.

Funders, NGOs and research

Development programmes, farmer organisations, universities.

A free tool your farmer programmes can use from day one, and clear numbers on what changes: jobs done on time, prices received, harvests.

Our first partners

AsaaseYaa is new, and we are choosing our first partners now: a few buyers, cooperatives and programmes to build fair selling with. If that could be you, tell us below.

What we share, and what we don’t

  • Anonymous totals by region and crop: what is planted, when, and how jobs are going.
  • A farmer’s name or number only when that farmer chooses to share it with you, for example to sell to you.
  • We never sell farmers’ personal information.
